Hire a handyman in Spain

I'd like someone to buy a coffee for me and deliver it to my friend's place. It's just a single drink, so it should be a quick pickup and drop off. I can share the coffee shop and my friend's address once we connect. Please keep it warm and handle it carefully on the way.

It is necessary to remove the construction debris after the repair, approximately around 200 bags. I am considering two options: ordering a container or turnkey garbage removal with loading and disposal. The garbage is on the 3rd floor, there is no Elevator, so it is important to help with the removal. Tell me, please, what is more cost-effective in price and time in this situation.

I have bought a wifi thermostat for my boiler and I need someone to install it and set it up for me. I want it connected to the boiler and working with the mobile app. I would also like them to briefly explain how to program it. The boiler is gas and currently works with a normal thermostat.

The roof of the house needs to be completely replaced. The old covering is already worn out, there are leaks, so I want to replace everything with new. The roof area is small, up to 70 m². Please come, inspect, and provide an estimate for materials and labor.

I need to hire someone for several small outdoor handyman jobs. Specifically, I want to install a trash can on a lamppost, apply a 3-in-1 product to several doors, anchor a bicycle post to the ground, and screw in a fence. These are varied tasks that require basic tools and some experience. I estimate that half a day of work should be enough to complete them all.
