The appointment is made and you have the client's contact information
The first thing to check is that the task date has been booked with the client. As soon as you accept the request, you will have access to the customers phone number. Therefore, we advise you to contact him immediately by phone or SMS to arrange an appointment together. Indeed, it is useless to move if the appointment is not fixed!
Make sure you have the customer's address before you leave. Also write down their phone number in case you have trouble finding the work location.
You have all the necessary tools
Don't forget to bring your toolbox. In it, you must have all the basic tools (hammers, screwdrivers, pliers ...), but also the mission-specific ones. Agree with the client the work details to know the necessary equipment, but also bring something in case there are unforeseen events. It is better to have carried extra tools than not being able to finish the job due to equipment lack.
