Handyman in Montenegro

I need help managing my Airbnb property, including coordinating guest communication, check ins, and basic upkeep. I'm looking for a reliable person to handle day to day tasks and ensure the property is guest ready. Please let me know if you have experience with short term rental management. I also need you to coordinate with plumbers, electricians, water company for water.

We h m² furnished apartment and are looking for someone to do a thorough deep clean. The apartment is furnished, but it needs a good overall cleaning as it has not been properly cleaned before we moved in. Tasks include cleaning floors, kitchen, bathrooms, windows (if possible), dusting all surfaces, and removing built-up dirt and grime. We are looking for someone who is experienced, detail-oriented, and can bring the apartment to a fresh, clean condition. We have main exterior door to our apartment, and frame around it, made of wood that needs to be sanded (more than once), sealed and painted to withstand weather conditions of the sea.
