After removing the paintings, dark spots remained on the walls that need to be painted over. Also, on one wall the plaster has crumbled a bit — it also needs to be patched before painting. I want the repaired areas not to stand out in color and texture from the rest of the wall. I have paint, but I can buy more if needed. It's a small amount of work, but I want a neat result.

Need to repair or replace the glass door of the shower cabin. The door closes poorly, possibly an issue with the hinges or the door closer. Diagnostics and repair are required so that the door works properly again. Also need to replace the sealant in the shower.
