Earn Money with Garden Design & Planning in Portugal

I need to remove an existing fence and clear the land to prepare for new landscaping. I'm looking for someone who can help design a new landscape layout and then build a new fence to complete the project. I prefer a multi-phase process where projects are completed based on priority and cost. Please let me know if you can assist with both the design and construction phases.
