I need laminate flooring installed throughout a small apartment of about 50 mยฒ in Clervaux. I would like someone with solid experience in laminate installation to handle the whole job. Ideally, the person could first visit the apartment to assess the work and give me a price quotation. Please let me know your availability and an estimated price.
Roofing work needs to be done on a house โ a moderate repair of a roof section is required. I want a specialist to inspect the damaged area and replace worn covering elements. I plan to have the work done in the near future, preferably with a site visit to assess the scope. Please tell me how to contact you to discuss the details and timeline.
In the bathroom I have a shower cabin from which water leaks out from under the door. I noticed that after showering a puddle collects on the floor and spreads toward the walking surface. The seal on the door obviously no longer seals well, so I would need an inspection and repair. I am requesting a viewing and remediation to prevent further leakage and damage to the floor.
I stepped outside and the door closed behind me, and I don't have my key with me. I'm locked out of my house right now and need a locksmith to come open the door for me. I'd like someone to get here as soon as possible so I can get back inside. Please let me know how quickly you can arrive and what you'll need from me to confirm I live there.
I work as a construction foreman in Paraguay and need support for a masonry contract. I have a brick wall to build, about 15 to 20 mยฒ, and would like to count on an experienced mason to carry out the work. The site is in an easily accessible area and the material is already being arranged. I need someone who knows how to work with plumb, level, and careful finishing. I would like to know availability and the timeframe to start.
I am looking for a mason to build a small brick wall in my garden. The wall will serve to delimit a planting area and will be about 8 square meters. I would like the foundations to be included and the finishes to be clean. The work can be done on weekdays, preferably in the morning.
Three curtain rails to install and finish the wall afterwards
I have bought a wifi thermostat for my boiler and I need someone to install it and set it up for me. I want it connected to the boiler and working with the mobile app. I would also like them to briefly explain how to program it. The boiler is gas and currently works with a normal thermostat.
